Explanation of the obligation to provide information - Privacy Policy

In these data protection notices, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your personal data provided (e.g. name, email address, message) will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry and for follow-up questions.These data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Processing is based on legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, in order to answer your inquiry.The data will be stored for the duration of processing your request and then deleted, unless there are legal retention requirements.

5. Personalization & Page Suggestions

​

To display personalized page suggestions, a cookie is set in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in relevant user guidance). No IP addresses are stored. Only the internal ID of the page accessed and the page attributes and categories are recorded. This data is not shared with third parties.

6. Integration of Social Media Plugins

On our website, content can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, etc. We use a two-step process for this. Only when you actively click on the social media icon will data be transferred to the respective network (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR consent when the plugin is activated). We have no influence here on the type and scope of the data collected by the networks.

7. Recipient of your data

If necessary, we only share personal data with the following recipients:

 

  • IT service providers for website maintenance/support

  • Processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR (e.g., Google)

 

A transfer to third parties for advertising purposes does not take place.

​

Profiling in the sense of Article 22 GDPR does not take place, i.e. there are no automated decisions with legal effect.
